Pricing & Commitment
For full rental management, our fee is set at 20% (incl. tax) per stay.
We treat every property with the same care and attention as if it were our own. To ensure your home is respected and neighbors remain undisturbed, every guest receives a comprehensive Welcome Guide (house rules, instructions, and local tips). We also elevate the guest experience by providing essential supplies and thoughtful touches—like premium tea and coffee—ensuring seamless stays and 5-star reviews.
